Digital Retouching is the post-process of altering a photo. My goto tool for digital retouching is Adobe Photoshop, but when out exploring, I have a few phone apps that can do a phenomenal job as well.
I enjoy the problem-solving side of digital retouching. It's fun to analyze then plan out how to remove, alter or warp objects in a photo.
